What is Business Coaching…? And do I need it…?

Business Coaching helps businesses to Start, Grow and Scale. Empowering both the business owners and their teams to gain clarity, strategic focus and implement efficiently.

Business Coaching is often confused with Business Mentorship… While the two are similar, they are both applied in different ways.

What’s the difference between Coaching & Mentorship for your Business..?

Simply put:
A Coach helps you to come to a conclusion on your own. By asking a series of the right questions at the right time. Aimed at empowering you to peel back the onion, dig into your mindset and seek the answers for yourself.

A Mentor shares knowledge and experience they have gained directly. Helping you to shortcut the pains of learning those lessons for yourself. Aiding in the mitigation of risk, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. And being your guide along your entrepreneurial journey.

Now here’s the rub:
The truth is, pretty much anyone can be a coach. And sadly, there are a lot of ‘coaches’ out there who market themselves as business coaches. However the only business they have ever run, is the one they just started and are themselves, trying to grow...

Now that’s fine, of course. We all start somewhere. And we are all on our own journey in business and life.

But it does mean you, as a consumer, need to do your homework before engaging with a coach.

Your Challenge:
The challenge for the consumer is to find a business coach and/or mentor who has the knowledge, skills and experience that you need.

Not one who will follow a framework they learned on a course…

Not one who bought into a franchise and attended a 3 day seminar.

But one who has walked the path you are now walking. And who actually knows how to help you achieve your goals.

How much does Business Coaching & Mentorship cost…?

It depends on what assistance you need and how much you’re willing to invest into your own self-development and the development of your business.

At the end of the day, it’s a very subjective question. And it comes down to the value you get from the learning, development and subsequent transformation within yourself and your business.

Pricing ranges from £100 - £500 per hour.

Calls are referred to as 'Strategy sessions' or 'Breakthrough calls'. Paid by the hour with payment taken up-front. But with no commitment to the outcomes they pay promise.

I work differently:

Clients work with me on a continual basis. With a call each week. Where I am paid a tiny percentage of their revenue...

Meaning, I don't profit unless I help my clients to do the same!

I only make a profit when my clients make so much revenue, that my tiny percentage is tiny compared to their remaining lions share.

Very much a win-win situation!

How do I get started with a Business Coach or Mentor…?

It’s very simple… If they’re anything like me, it’s always good to start with booking a call so that you can get to know each other.

Coaching and Mentorship is a two-sided relationship. So you need to resonate with your coach/mentor. And your coach/mentor needs to reciprocate.

If you get on. And you see the relationship working well… Then it’s a simple case of agreeing on the goals you wish to achieve, then booking in a date/time to get started!
